The drawing shows how quantum changes in position of a string of folded solutions changes the dimensional structure of two and three dimensional structures to yield wave states that are perceived as time changes when compared to prior wave states.

Time Dilation This shows how velocity time dilation work. The "unfolding" states can either (1) push or (2) pass through and change the structure of the higher dimensional structures.
