Please find attached my paper entitled:

The Essence of the Ether, Elementary Particles, Mass, Inertia and Gravity

Two things hampered the progress of physics in the past decades: the negation of the Ether and the quark model of the elementary particles. The purpose of this paper is to re-introduce the Ether in physics in new form and to propose a new theory for the essence of elementary particles closely connected with the concept of the new proposed Ether. As a result, matter, mass, inertia and gravity will have new concepts in conjunction with the Ether and all of them will be explained by the electromagnetic interactions between the elementary electric charges forming the elementary particles which are in perpetual accelerated motion with respect to the Ether with tremendous speeds and the elementary electric charges of the stationery Ether lattice which are just oscillating in their places.

The conclusion of this paper can be summarized as follows:

-         The Ether is in the form of a stationery isotropic lattice of pure mass-less elementary electric charges filling the entire Universe which are perpetually oscillating and emitting electromagnetic radiation or quanta in all directions.

-         An elementary particle is a tiny sphere comprising pure positive and negative elementary electric charges, i.e., blobs of the Ether or condensed form of it, which are also in state of perpetual oscillation and emitting their own electromagnetic radiation or quanta in all directions.

-         All matter is perpetually hurling in the Ether with accelerated motion at tremendous speeds, thus setting the stage for the electromagnetic interactions between matter and Ether.

-         The complex electromagnetic interactions between the elementary electric charges of the elementary particles which are in perpetual accelerated motion in the Universe and the elementary electric charges of the stationery Ether create the (electromagnetic) mass and inertia of the elementary particles (which are equivalent and the same) on the one hand, and cause a corresponding deformation of the Ether on the other hand which causes gravity according to Einstein's theory.

-         So, Ether-matter electromagnetic interaction causes mass, inertia and gravity provided that matter particles are in motion with respect to the Ether, which is the case everywhere in the Universe.

-         Mass of an elementary particle is a function of its velocity with respect to the Ether and the number of elementary electric charges contained in the particle.

-         There is no mass without motion in the Ether: mass of any body at rest with respect to a frame of reference fixed in the Ether = 0

-         All matter and the Universe itself will vanish without the Ether- I wonder how we survived during the period in which the Ether was out of physics!  

As for myself, I'm an Egyptian physicist, 74, who devoured all branches of physics during the past half-century.

I'd like to continue this research and verify it experimentally at your Institute.

A Sad Truth

Little has changed since Giordano Bruno, was burned alive at the stake in Rome on Feb. 17, 1600. During those dark ages of the Inquisition, the concept of heresy was very much in vogue. Today, the Inquisition has only been replaced by a more effective conspiracy of silence and negation. Research and experimental results that run counter to accepted viewpoints and dogmas can be either actively suppressed or purposely ignored as happened with Nicola Tesla and other scientists. Scientific pioneers daring to question the established dogmas, considered sacred and infallible, remain highly suspect!

Energy companies are actively blocking development of new forms of energy that threaten their very existence and scientists funded by industry, universities and governments are fighting any further development of science to preserve their current status and out of fear to confess that physics has been moving in the wrong direction for more than a century since Einstein proposed his General Relativity Theory in 1915, and then the entire Physics Edifice will come crumbling down! Einstein himself, though several times admitted the presence of the Ether, declined to re-introduce it in physics fearing that his theory will be proved erroneous. It is assuredly most uncomfortable for scientists with a hard academic glaze to be confronted with a new scientific truth- Scientists are doing their utmost to impede the progress of science!

Galileo, Copernicus, Franklin, Zeppelin, Goddard, etc., were all ridiculed and great American explosives experts negated the possibility of the realization of an atomic bomb just few weeks before Hiroshima bomb!

Is there anyone with enough intellect and courage at the dozens of the prominent physical institutes and research centers I contacted to admit the truth of what is written in my Paper?! Or are we still living in the Inquisition Age?!
