speed of light at Earth is a Universal constant—wrong

Dear Professors:
Good work !
I am sure, you can recall unknown “Satyendra Bose” who became known by “god-Einstein” as a result of ‘Bose–Einstein condensate (BEC in 1924-5CE)’—a state of matter or gas-bosons cooled to temperatures very close to absolute zero a large fraction of bosons occupy the lowest quantum state or at extremely low density of about 1/100,000 of the density of normal air.
By the way, they are ‘cold-dark atoms’—I am sure, now, you know ‘what makes the Radio-waves’.  Recall “Gama-wave” (shorter-length wave) at Sun becoming a “Radio-wave” (longer-length wave) by the Time it goes beyond Earth. And, we think the measure of the speed of light at Earth is a Universal constant—wrong. No wonder all our measures to the Stars in Space are wrong.
Although I disagree with spin-½ or spin-3/2 (because, in reality the constituents in an ‘atom’ spin-1, or spin-360 degrees—it is a Major topic to discuss here), I see confirmation of a fundamental-principle of Nature—The speed of light varies from point to point: shorter wave meant slow-speed, and longer wave meant high-speed.  That’s the ONLY point you can make from your-experiments. How come?
Like I said spin is constant (although speed of spin varies)—so, its’ impact on your ‘hot-atom’ as to how fast it travels should be ‘zero’: If so, what is causing this Superconductor at “temperatures very close to absolute zero”—genius Bose gave the answer in 1924CE “extremely low density” which allows the ‘hot-atom’ travel at high-speed.
I wish you good luck with your research---
Maheswar
